The Pièce de Résistance is Pisa
October 4th, 2009Reaching the end of my Italian Adventure takes me away from Lucca and I’m off to finish up this life-changing journey with the one and only Leaning Tower of Pisa. I smile recalling my first view of Lucca was a sign about Fido, and as I leave , my last look is, well, take a look.

Ole' Faithful says arrivederci to me as I leave the Lucca Train Station bound for Pisa.
Do Organic Hair Products Manufacturers Love Animals?
September 23rd, 2009On the next set of organic hair products that you buy, make sure you see “Cruelty Free” or “No Animal Testing” printed on the label. Personal care product manufacturers are not required to safety test their products before market approval, so they escape the requirement of including a warning label on each product that has not been tested for safety.

Absolutely Chemical Free Beauty Products at Nurture My Body
September 10th, 2009Are you using chemical free beauty products? Do they have any cancer-causing ingredients in them?
Certainly not in your toothpaste. Or lipstick. What about your body lotion and underarm deodorant? Or hair spray? And, of course there’s NO WAY that manufacturers would put cancer-causing chemicals in your baby shampoo and baby lotion, would they?
Would the Government allow that?
Watch this if you love yourself, your spouse, your parents and especially your children.

A Surprise Revealed – A Simple Way to Express Love
August 31st, 2009What you’re about to see is a simple man’s joy.
This next day of my 57th birthday celebration is a gift I wouldn’t trade for all the millions of dollars enjoyed by Brad and Angelina. Because it was planned with love. With care. And with a true desire to give unselfishly to the man my wife loves. Me. Now if that isn’t priceless, what is?
So let’s see what surprise I had in store for me.
In Love With My Life In Lucca
August 24th, 2009Time to say arrivederci to the Italian Riviera, Cinque Terre. Could I ever find somewhere else as captivating?
As I walk out of Monterosso on the way to the train station bound for Lucca I get one more glimpse of a sweet soul who sets up her lonely wares in hopes of a sale.

Such a hard and hopeful vendor prideful of today's fresh catch.
One last fresh smell of the sea and then off to a swift train ride to arrive at my next city to explore ~ Lucca (pronounced Lewkah).
A Fair To Remember
August 18th, 2009Turning 57 only happens once in a lifetime. And my wife, Patty, decided to surprise and spoil me for a weekend of way-out-of-the-box fun!
We started by time-traveling to the 16th Century to see how life was in a Renaissance Castle. Care to join us?
Asphalt and power lines soon to be a thing of the present as we venture into the past.
