[Editor's Note: I couldn't pass up sharing this adorable comment with you. The story behind it is: I started to ship this customer's order to the wrong address even after I confirmed that I would make sure to ship it to the corrected address. As soon as the customer received the tracking info via email, the wrong shipping address was immediately noticed and numerous emails were sent to re-remind me of the corrected address. I (humbly) and gratefully replied with extreme thanks for my (caught) mistake; and luckily was able to change labels in time and ship to the right address.] The customer's comments were as follows:

I also want to relate my own amazing experience of how your products have made a huge difference in my life. For at least the last 18 years I have experienced a painful skin irritation every time I got finished with my shower - it felt like I was being stabbed with pins and needles for at least 15 - 30 minutes afterward. [I wanted to scratch my skin off, it hurt so badly.] There were no visible skin problems and I felt like I was losing my mind. I went to numerous dermatologists and even had my water tested for chemicals in the water. The diagnoses were that I had dry skin and I should apply heavy, expensive, oily skin creams every morning and every evening. This did not solve the problem -- it only clogged my pores and made me more frustrated, so I just got used to the painful 15 - 30 minutes following each shower.
Within the past year I have made a conscious attempt to take better care of myself, which included using fewer chemicals as part of my personal hygiene routine. When I started researching various hair care/skin care products on the Web, I was shocked to learn that this skin irritation I had been suffering from for nearly two decades actually could have been caused by the products I was using in the shower, as well as the heavy, oily creams I was told to use to help the problem.
Upon switching to your quality organic products, my 18 year old skin problem has vanished - literally, over night! I am thrilled to have found Nurture My Body and your quality line of organic products!

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say Thank You! I just recently discovered Nurture My Body products in a search for safe and effective skin, hair, and body care products. I have very sensitive skin and have had reactions to everything from shampoo and hand soap to the most gentle skincare products.
When I received my Sensitive Skin Care Gift Basket (yes, I ordered it for myself), I felt completely pampered and I hadn't even used the products yet. My order included a handwritten note issuing the most sincere thank you I have ever received from someone I have never met. I felt so special and I still hadn't opened my basket. When I did open my basket, I couldn't have been more pleased and surprised. Each product held a tiny square of parchment paper with quotes from some of my favorite poets, and even a Chinese Proverb. The basket also contained a small hand-crafted journal for 'My Worries'. That extra special gift is exactly what I would want when sending a Gift Basket to someone special or receiving one myself!
The presentation was not the only surprise, though. When I used the skin care products that evening, I couldn't have been more pleased. The gentle Cleansing Milk felt luxurious and soft on my sensitive skin. The Regenerating Cream was rich and thick. It felt so wonderful. And to my amazement, when I woke up this morning, my skin looked soft and smooth, and this after a recent allergic reaction to another facial product.
I am in awe and shock. I had begun to think that a product could not possibly deliver what it claimed. But Nurture My Body products are true to their name. And when I opened my order, I felt as if I had had the most wonderful in-store, in-person experience. I just can't thank you enough for the care and thought that you put into your products and individual orders. I can't wait to try more of your products. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

Thank you so much for creating your product. I am 70 years old and highly allergic to most facial products. My face would break out and I would be miserable. Thank goodness for genetics as with only rinsing my face and not wearing makeup I still have fairly healthy skin. However after I donated my kidney to my husband this February my skin became extremely DRY. Having been diagnosed with discoid Lupus, I have extremely sensitive and problematic skin. For the past several years I have been very limited in the products I can use, careful to not choose anything that could cause or exasperate a break out. I also do not like to use the steroids prescribed unless I am desperate.
I recently started using the Nurture My Body Cleansers, Moisturizers, Shampoo, and Conditioner, and HOORAY! I have finally found a complete line of products that my skin not only tolerates, but these products actually soothe and diminish my breakouts. AND no steroids needed!
How lucky I am to have these products, and I can highly recommend them to anyone with sensitive skin or specific skin problems. I can't imagine how great they must be for those with normal skin!
